Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. this is the throat viral. Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

U Should continue with the medicines prescribed by a doctor don’t give any medicine to the child and also going to advise you that I don’t know it can be very well treated with proper surgery so you go ahead with my friend got it done at the age of five years almost and a child she has is growing up very well now in terms of height and everything is going good if it suits you go ahead Oh surgery for your child
