Hi sir, My is having cold... running nose with sticky muscus..Doctor give antibiotic without testing my baby sir.. I am in dialoma that antibiotic is use Or not.. please suggest sir

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is some viral .Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Hi If a normal cold and cough mostly antibiotics are not given till the time the situation is severe if you do not want to go ahead with antibiotics as of now you consult your doctor again take an appointment get your child checked and then you go ahead with the medicine suggested by the doctor
