my baby has a vsd and his weight is 6.500grm in 6 month 15days and also some time cold happened

The weight of your child is okay as of now and if your child is having cold on and off then that is probably due to weather change or switching of temperature for that you can give a medicine after consulting your doctor because your child is having a problem of VSD so always give medication as per your doctors advice only
