my baby has 6 months old, i gave her carrot potato.... for digestion if zeera water is good for her or not

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, instead of giving zeera water, you can put zeera in the food of the baby. Avoid giving watery foods as it fills baby’s stomach and reduces the appetite for other food.
