Q.

my baby had swallow meconium at the time of birth ...her birth weight was 2.7kg after 4 days of delivery it reduced by 2.4 kg...now she is 3 month old completed and her weight is 3.7 kg...she is on breastfeed and formula feed...

A. at 3 months of age having 3.7 kg weight is good enough and you don't need to worry about what happened in past the baby should pass urine at least 8 to 10 times that indicates adequate feeling to the baby and well growth

A. See a minimum weight gain your child should I had is about 1500 g but the child is having 1300 g which is still decent enough I would recommend you to talk to your doctor and change the brand of formula I think that is going to be good for overall variant and growth of your child
