Q.

my baby had fever 3 days then got skin rashes and has motions now but she eats everything .

A. rashes will disappear itself. keep her well hydrate. One thing you can though to help bulken up the stools is by giving a brat diet - banana, rice, apple, sago kheer.give plenty of breastmilk to keep baby hydrated and prevent dehydration.
