Q.
my baby had dry cough and cold , I was using kafarest pd 0.5 ml and advent drops 1ml for 5 days , stll she makes some sound while breathing ... and the frequency of urination reduces after crossing 2nd month?? bcz she pees 3-4 hrs once now...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. any cough most of the time either it could be allergic or infective which needs proper evaluation. initially you can start by giving steam inhalation to your baby which will help in relieving symptoms to some extent and will make the baby comfortable.for small baby should be given indirectly from a distance.cough suppressants are usually avoided in children,it needs to be examined first before giving any kind of medicine. so it will be better if you consult your doctor for proper guidance along with proper dosage for the kind of problem. krr

I’d Like to tell you if the medicine that you’re using right now is not helping you did and you can consult your doctor started the course of antibiotic if required and also you can also nebulise your child it will really help a lot in settling down the congestion in the system
