Q.

My baby got upper jaw tooth and lower jaw tooth but then upper jaw one tooth was big and other one is small..Is it ok

A. may be the teeth has not erupted properly.. after some time teeth will erupt... for teething you can give calcarae phosphorus, a homeopathy medicine for teething, calcarae phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motion green stool..
