My baby got hit to the bed near her eye.. she cried for a minute and became normal…took to doctor as i saw small mark down the eye and on cheek he said to keep hot pad and cool pad .. please suggest

A. give one dose of paracetamol also and ice in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
