my baby got her 45 days vaccination day before yesterday. From night she is experiencing fever. Is it common and what precautions should we take

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl1 day agoA. You can repeat the medicine every six hours if the fever is there and maximum within 72 hours the fever doesn’t subside then you can connect with your doctor and yes it is common to have fever after the vaccination then it’s very normal
