my baby got dry skin.he had round patches in face stomach hip also give soap and cream.suggested lotion

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Maintain hydration
