My baby girl who has 4 months is getting motion little bit 10 times in everyday from one week. Motion is like water, Sometimes like foam. Is it any health problem?

A. yes can be so. loose stools are not to be panicked every time . Can be due to infection . So give ors solution to prevent dehydration . restrict milk in take in case of loose motions. Can give zinc and probiotics enterogermina 1-2 times a day . In case baby has pain or crying immediately see a doctor .
