Q.

my baby girl weight was 6kg when she was 5 month and whe she completed 6 month she was 6kg .. I start slowly solid food now.. very less quantity bcz she will be 7 month now on 18th.. how much weight should be of her will be normal.. I started with cereals and mung daal pani and oats and apple puri now I started today carrot puri but she dnt like anything only apple puri she eat and cereal not khichdi mashed

A. hello. minimum 300 grams of weight should be gain now per month. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . thick boiled Moong Daal , rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge, oats, khichdi, suji porridge, add ghee in her food
