Hi Doctor, My baby completed 6 months. Weight is 6kg. He is premature child of 33 weeks. Is the growth less. What can I do. I have not yet introduced solid food to him.

According to babies age baby weight is totally fine and you should definitely not worry about it at all. Now you may be six months also you can also start giving solids and water to your baby. And baby should take at least four meals in a day to maintain a diet plan according to that
