there are many reasons like genetic ,diet , excess usage of cosmetic ,etc which causes it.
but don't worry.
just apply coconut oil daily on your child hair.
wash your child's hair with mild shampoo.
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
