My baby girl's weight at birth was 3.1 kg. now at 7 weeks old, she is 4.3 kg. She is exclusively breastfed. Is it normal? If not, what should I do from my side?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum, a weight of 1.2 kg in 7 weeks of time is a normal weight gain. baby shud gain at least 500 gms of weight per month on an average.

yes the weight of ur baby is perfectly fine.
Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months and triple the birth weight by one year.
