Swapna sanjay RaichMom of 2 children4 years agoA. At the age of 3 months 4.7 kg weight is good so don't worry about it and slowly baby will gain weight. Give breast feeding only and after 6 months start semisolid or solid food and try to give all types if fruits and vegetables
