Q.

My baby girl is two months old. I m pumping my milk and feeding her once a day so that she gets use to it while I start to go to work. But not enough milk is coming when I m pumping. I get 2 ounces from one side after pumping for 15 mins. Is it ok? or is my milk not sufficient for baby. Also how long to pump and how much breast milk to bottle feed at one feeding.?

A. Hi, If you will stop latching from direct breast, you will have less supply of milk. Kindly latch direct from breast in morning and night to get continue flow of milk. Have satavar stick or powder in milk early in the morning to increase your milk supply naturally. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
