i am mom of a 3 month old baby, i am exclusively pumping and feeding my baby. I have concerns that will pumping breast milk will cause harm to my body?

A. no harm to the baby's health for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
