Q.

My son is seven and half months old and not showing interest to eat any solids and I am breast feeding him now but I am planning to go office in two days I tried pumping milk and bottle feed him but he is not drinking milk through bottle Please help me what I can do?

A. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
