My baby girl is of 23 days, she got small red spots on her face and on neck. Could you please suggest me what i can do?

May be allergy or viral infection. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
