ask the expert# my baby is 23 days old and has red spots type rashes on face neck and chest what is this and how to remove them please help me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with feyver or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper eyxamination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
