my baby girl is now 2year and2 month old her weight is 9.6 and height is 81 .. and she is physically active Is there is something to worry about her health

Ma’am the weight of the child is little less I would suggest you that you should work upon a diet which will help in increasing the weight of the child rest everything seems normal as you say that your child is super active and growing as per the age but weight and growth is very important as per the progression age of the child
