Q.
my baby girl is just 16 days old.... how can I increase my breast milk ??? because It's not enough for my baby....☹️.....

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. To increase breast milk have a healthy diet include dry fruits ghee green leafy vegetables cumin papaya black currant etc in your daily diet. Drink lots of water and a glass of water before feeding the baby as being hydrated is the key to good breast milk supply. Avoid stress as stress can reduce Breast milk supply. Have some skin to skin contact sessions with your baby. The more the baby latches the more milk production
