Jasleen KaurMom of a 5 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. My baby's pediatrician advised me to introduce dryfruits when my baby was 7 months.
I have been giving it to my baby in a powder form - walnut and almond (I mix it in her food)
I also give dates and figs to my baby (boil and blend)
Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can start with small quantity of dry fruit and only one type of dry fruit at a time and if the child doesn't develop any type of digestion problem after consuming it then you can continue to use it for your child
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Dry fruits are packed with nutrients that are beneficial for your baby. Introducing them to your little one at the right time and in the right way can allow him to enjoy the flavour and the health benefits of dry fruits thoroughly. However, consult your baby’s paediatrician before introducing them to your baby’s diet. If the doctor gives a go-ahead, introduce one dry fruit at a time and watch out for allergies in your baby.
