my baby girl is 7 months i started solids when she was 6months
first 15 days i gave her ragi porridge in the morning n then started giving banana powder mixed in water and ghee...
even after starting solids she poo once in 3 days... she is feeding appropriate but still why she poop once in 3 days ..
now can i start giving solids thrice??? preferably banana puree

Hello, Once solid foods are introduced into your baby's diet, his poop is going to change. ... Too much of any of these, especially cereal, could cause constipation in your baby.
Try to add fiber rich veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate.
give sipes of water after each solid feed.
Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.

Constipation is common in babies less than one year. So no need to worry. Also give water to ur baby as u have started with the solids. This will help to get relief from constipation. I can also give papaya to ur baby to get relief from constipation
