Q.

my baby girl is 6 month 2 days old, i just started of dal water since 2 days once in a day, so i confused about how many times we can give her some food nd water also nd consistency of food. till 6 month of age she is only on exclusively breastfeeding,

A. Dear ma’am, yes at six months one semi solid feed a day is adequate and based on the tolerance you can increase the frequency of feeds. And continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding as your milk still forms the major source of nourishment

A. hi you can offer semisolid food once in a day,it is enough. at first, whenever you introduce new food,offer it in 3 tbsp quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not. keep the food consistency watery. gradually increase the consistency and quantity of food.
