Hello mom feeding mother is always recommended to eat light and healthy once a while if you are craving strongly for something you can have a small proportion of eight it is because babies digestion is very soft and if a feeding mother is eating spicy or heavy food it will disturb your babies digestionWrite Your Answer Here
