my baby girl is 20months old , but she is 8.4kg only not gaining weight, she eats everything

Then you should check if your child is actually able to digest the food that you are giving because due to improper digestion also despite of eating well and proper the child does not gain weight and could also be associated with deficiency so you definitely should check with your doctor once
