my baby girl is 2.6 years is eating wood , dust, soil and others plastic items but she is not interested in eating food..she is so thin and look like 1 year old... underweight ..what do I need to do

A. recommend that you should give your baby calcium and multivitamin supplement that seems that the child is having deficiencies in the body as result of which the child wants to put these things in the mouth
