Q.
my baby girl is 15days old she is passing semi solid yellow colour stool with much water..no any fever or weight loss ..how is that water excretion stopped??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 7that is normal as their main meals are milk only.don't worry if she is passing urine frequently, taking feed properly and active.No medication will help & is not needed also. continue ebf.

It Is mostly normal at this age since your child is only 15 days all it is normal but still if it is too much trouble some it could be diarrhoea that your child may be suffering from so you can talk to your doctor about the in the right way to deal with it
