my baby girl is 11 month old now..and she is always playing on her ears is there any problem with that??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal. if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it. do not use earbuds to clean the internalz ear cavity. external ear can be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth. treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.x for pain you can give paracetamol

If your child is playing or pulling the year or getting irritated by holding the year then there could be some problem because of the child’s constant pattern is to play with the year there could be some kind of an issue may be infection irritation or dryness so if it is a continuous process then then please get it examined with an ENT doctor
