my baby girl is 10 months and 17 days old she is having a cough and cold and some sound like gurr is coming from her lungs why is it happening and what is the reason

A. This normally happens due to congestion in the chest of the child which is why you can’t hear this kind of sounds I was just advise you that you should go ahead with the liberalising the child that really helps a lot in clearing up the congestion
