Q.
My baby girl is 1 month 15 days old. she is not sleeping continuously. some times she sleeps for 30 minutes and waking up. some times she sleeps for 2 hrs and waking up. Like this, her sleeping period is not stable. Also, sometimes she is not having sound sleep. she moves her legs and hands continuously for sometime and waking up.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mother this is when a child is a restless or retired and if you are a feeding mother you are affecting your child very much you need to take proper rest get massage your body and massage baby's body because massaging is very much required for the newborns or else they will keep feeling restless you need to maintain a calm atmosphere when your child is sleeping the feed him well so that he can keep sleeping on full stomach
