Q.

my baby girl got uti in 2 times in 3rd to 4 months now my baby girl is 8 month old now again she got uti I'm giving her antibiotics also dmsa scan also normal why she is getting repeatedly uti , mcu scan is necessary ? in ultrasound scan right kidney is normal left kidney has extra renal pelvic 4mm thikness Dr says every ting is normal wait for 1 year but my baby girl suffering from uti what I need to do I'm SO worried please help me๐Ÿ™

A. it is very important to maintain hygiene of the unary area and you should never use any cleaning agent to clean the urinary area but simple water. also it is advisable that it the stool of the child should be cleaned from back and the stool should not be wiped from back to front because many times the stool may stick upon the urinary area to cause urinary tract infection

A. Hello dear parent, you must Co silt uour paediatric again to know what precautions you should take, so that baby does not attract this problem again. And if doctor is fine with her right kidney, then do not worry. He knows better. You can take second opinion from any other paediatric as well
