Q.

my baby girl 29 weeks old..she is eating 4-5 scoops of cerelac wheras on the pack of cerelac it is advised to feed 3 scoops for 6 to 10 months old.is it okay to eat more as she accepts?

A. Six-month-olds don't really need a lot of food at this point; it's more about introducing the concept of solids. You might start out with one ounce of baby food at a meal and gradually increase the amount to about three ounces, three times a day, if it seems like baby enjoys eating that much
