My baby girl 2.2 year old. Very thin and not gaining weight neither eat much but hyper active. I am so worried for her health. What can be done?

A. good evening since your child is eating happily you don't have to worry about it all had the child not been eating properly then it would have been a matter of concern of the child is active in burning calories it is fine
