#AskTheExpert my daughter eat well but not gaining weight physically she is active I would say hyper active she is ..is this a problem

A. First find out if her weight is within range per recommended growth chart or not. If within range then don’t worry because all parents believe their child is thinner than other kids. If she is in lower side then try to add proteins in her diet. If she is below minimum weight range than along with proteins give pediasure in milk. I tried it with my child for 1 month and could see improvement but stopped it after he reached required avg. weight and then sticked mainly to protein diet.
