my baby fever going up down from yesterday his body temp. is 101 em giving him paracitamol syrup should I also give him allgera suspension with metal -p syrup?????

Why do you have to give medicine and allergy to the child when your child is only having fever then just give me medicine for fever why do you need to give extra medicines or an allergic to the child for no reason let me tell you giving too many medicines for no reason can have a negative impact on the child logistic to one according to the problem
