my kid 2.4 years ,he got 101 fever after giving p250 syrup his temp came down to 96 but when I touch his body n fore head,palms , feet are hot.what it means

A. Hello, your baby boy is 28 months old and his palms and soles and forehead are hot and temperature is 96 degrees then he needs only plenty of water and fruits juice
