Q.

my baby fell down and hit hard on forehead. no bruises and she is fine. what should I look out for? I am so scared, she fell very hard on forehead

A. it is quite common that small babies to sustaining injuries from a fall most of the times the injury may be small and may not be a problem for the baby is the baby is comfortable do not worry

A. If there is a bump on the kid's forehead, place a cold compress on the bump as this is useful in relieving bruising and swelling of the skin. It also helps in easing out some of the pain. When applying an ice pack, wrap it in a clean, soft cloth. Putting ice directly on the bare wound may injure it further. Observe your kid for the next 24 hours. If your kid wants to sleep after the injury, he or she may do so but keep a constant check on him or her while he or she sleeps.
