My baby eyes is red and the white fuzz kind of thing is forming due to heat he can’t open his eyes can some one tell me wat to be done

A. As of now you can change the eyes of your child with warm water ahead of that also need to recommend to kindly take an assessment with the doctor to know and understand what maybe the reason behind it as accordingly Dr give you better assistance on that
