The child's regular meals should comprise of cereals, pulses, greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dry fruits, dairy products etc., There should be more protein and Vitamin C intake which are very good in building immunity. Skinny look may be due to genetic reasons. If father or mother was skinny during their childhood then she could also be getting the same physique. So As long as the baby is taking feeds and eating properly, poops and pees regularly and is active and healthy u need not worry much about the weight. Keep feeding the baby a balanced and healthy diet.
