my baby eat one bite then vomiting. also loose motion why?

A. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times asc per dr's recommendations. give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. c for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk

A. It could probably be due to indigestion and nothing else it would be good for you to have an assessment with your paediatrician to know what exactly is the issue and accordingly they can give you an advice sometimes it could be due to an upset stomach infection or digestion
