my baby drunk durty water yesterday, 2day she got fever...I gave paracetamol syrup, is it ok?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If there are vomiting along r we it’s fever then it can be due to stomach infection abd for now give paracetamol syrup on regular intervals and give light to digest foods

U Should get a check with your paediatrician stomach infection due to dirty water and that is why your child suddenly got fever because fever in the body is normally a response to some kind of an infection only better that you once get a check with your doctor
