my baby doing 1. time poop having sour smell and stcky in diaper ,not drain in toilet easily ... is this point of concern

A. The thickness is one time or more if it is increasing over the period then there may be a possibility of stomach infection you can get it examined with your doctor to have better clarity as they have to check and accordingly they can confirm on something
