My baby doesn't eat something new to him..he refuses to all thing. if I try to taste him he cried very badly. he only likes to eat plain chapati,paratha , poodi, dal-rice only.

it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. 
many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. 
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.

He have great knowledge of taste.if I add something new he first taste it and then refuses to eat it. like paneer paratha,aloo Paratha gobhi paratha etc.
He also refuses to wear new clothes,shoes.

I would advise you that you should give vegetable Paratha and all these other things which you can combine together to give Paratha roti to the child child is having a plain add some butter into that and when you need it you can also add some pulses into that so that you know you give a vegetable Dal Paratha to Chai you just have to play with the recipes
