my baby does not make much eye contact ,neither he replies to me while calling his name. but he recognize me smile back to me ,also plays with me.he is fine with new toys and new things also he sometimes makes signs if he needs something.is it autism? frankly initially his screen time was a lot now from last 15 days it's almost 0
