It’s all normal and common
Give adequate water
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give adequate water fibre rich diet like papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
