ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. good afternoon , include energy dense foods like banana, dryfruits , sheera add ghee , one spoon a day in total. have good physical activity. avoid screen time. also check for anemia, worms , vitamin deficiency if no improvement.
